The Sims are celebrating 25 years in the making, and have released new content and updates in celebration of this significant milestone. One such addition is a limited-time event quest line titled ‘Blast From the Past’, in which players will assist a mysterious individual in uncovering a time-traveling mystery. And of course, participants will earn a series of new goodies as rewards along the way including clothing items, furniture, and a surprise birthday cake!
How to Begin The Sims 4 Blast From the Past Event
The event will run between the dates of February 3rd, 2025, and March 18, 2025 – giving players plenty of time to experience and complete this quest line. To start the quest, players first need to log in to their EA account and enter Live Mode on a new or existing build. Once there, a pop-up prompt will notify them about a strange visitor in their town, providing them with objectives to kick off the adventure.
Additionally, each week of the event, the game will reveal two new quests that further advance the mysterious story. By completing these quests, players can earn event points, which they can then exchange for rewards through the Event Screen in the Main Menu or the Claim feature in Live Mode.

There are plenty of unique rewards and goodies that players can get their hands on through the Blast From the Past event. As the event progresses each week, new additions will appear, keeping the excitement fresh and offering players even more to look forward to.
